Peace and quiet. That is what I heard the day I was there. I also heard a train in the distance. Lots of trees on the lot. Spot for building with a great long range view from the top after removal of trees. Old camper on the lot which is worthless. Old logging road thru the property Lots of big trees. Potomac River is about 1 mile away or so.

DIRECTIONS: Rt 9 to Detour Rd to Magnolia Rd to(9 tenths mile) to Gaither Rd. on Right. First entrance road to Gaither RD. Real Estate sign is on the right on the lot. Begins at small power line clearing.
